I discovered my love for yoga several years before I underwent my Yoga Alliance accredited, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program through Life Power Yoga in Spring of 2019. With one year and several hundred hours of teaching experience now under my belt, I am beginning to recognize my own unique teaching style and refine my personal practice. I am constantly building on my education through helpful texts and a combination of online and local workshops to better identify the needs of my students and offer clear options.
Yoga has brought so much joy to my life that I believe the only way I can properly honor the practice is to share it with others. People come to yoga for a myriad of reasons: to increase flexibility & strength, for stress management, preventative health care, or by a doctor's recommendation just to name a few. My goal as a teacher is to meet you where you are, no matter the reason, and provide the tools that you need to build your yoga practice in a way that best suits your lifestyle and experiences.
